Terms of Service

1. Service Description

PlotMagician is an AI-assisted creation tool for Jubensha creators, editors, and studios. It provides structured project management, AI text generation, quality checks, material management, exports, and subscription services. The platform is an independent product and is not affiliated with any underlying AI model or provider.

2. Accounts and Security

• You must provide a real, reachable email address and keep your login credentials secure.
• Each account may be used only by you or authorized team members. You may not resell, rent, or share an account with unauthorized people.
• If you discover unauthorized account use, contact support@plotmagician.com promptly.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to original project content that you upload, write, and organize. You grant us the limited permissions necessary to store, generate, review, export, and maintain the service.

• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded materials and published content do not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or likeness rights.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, repetition, or expressions that are not suitable for publication. You must review it before commercial use.
• We do not guarantee originality, accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness of AI-generated content.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using PlotMagician, you must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the platform to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, hateful, fraudulent, pornographic, sexually explicit, NSFW, sexually suggestive, deepfake, face-swap, privacy-invasive, or harmful content.

If an account attempts to bypass review, abuses generation capabilities, or violates content safety rules, we may limit features, suspend the account, or terminate service.

5. Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and Credits

• The Free plan grants 100 credits after registration and does not grant monthly credits.
• Lite, Plus, Pro, and Max are paid plans that grant monthly credits according to plan rules.
• Script generation currently costs 20 credits per run. Image generation will be priced on the public page when released.
• Credits expire after 1 month and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
• Public pricing pages are for purchase decisions. Actual currency, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds, subscription cancellation, credit release after failed generations, and request procedures are governed by the Refund Policy. Reserved credits are released automatically when generation fails. Payment refunds may be affected by payment provider rules and processing timelines.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We continuously improve the product and may maintain, adjust, or retire parts of the service. For material changes, we will try to notify you through in-product messages, email, or announcements. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, third-party services, or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PlotMagician is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or third-party disputes arising from your use of AI-generated content. You are responsible for evaluating whether generated content is suitable for publication, delivery, or commercial use.
