Acceptable Use Policy

1. Use Principles

PlotMagician is a structured creation tool for Jubensha creators. You may use it to organize settings, generate script structure, maintain characters, timelines, clues, scenes, and export materials. You may not use the platform to generate, distribute, or assist with high-risk, illegal, or harmful content.

2. Explicitly Prohibited

• Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or harm-inducing content.
• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, especially anything involving minors.
• Deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation of real people, or content that violates likeness or privacy rights.
• Unauthorized use of another person's works, characters, trademarks, text, images, or materials.
• Bypassing safety review, bulk abuse, attacking the platform, scraping other users' data, or reselling accounts.

3. Responsibility for AI Content

AI-generated content may contain errors, repetition, bias, or expressions unsuitable for publication. You must review it before publishing, commercial use, or delivery to clients, and ensure it complies with local law, industry rules, and third-party rights.

4. Enforcement

If we find behavior that violates this policy, we may limit generation, suspend the account, remove violating content, or terminate service. Serious violations may not be eligible for refunds.
